In 1980 the parents of the founder and owner, Otília Timóteo, bought Quinta de São Martinho in the Douro valley. Otilia Timóteo started in the family business in 2010, working with the export market in Brazil and Angola. In 2015 Otília Timóteo started her own brand focusing on quality table wines and port wines.
