This small property was built 1839 originally under another name. Today the family owned quinta has started producing Vintage Port and their first is from 2012.

TasteMedium body. Tannic and promising. Quite dry but long finish.

BouquetJuicy and loaded with fruit in the nose.
TasteMedium body. Tannic. Loaded with fruit and berry. Hard to appreciate nut seem to be a little one-dimensional but with a nice finish.

BouquetDark berry, blackberry, blue berry and mulberry in the nose and loaded with lovely fruits but also minty and some eucalyptus.
TasteMedium body. Of course lots of lovely and delicate tannin. Dark berry, fruit, mint and eucalyptus in taste. Balanced and very attractive with a nice, long and very promising finish. Will be interesting to follow indeed! A port in the old style!

BouquetDark berries such as mulberry, cherry, black berry but also herbs, cacao and chocolate in the nose.Score range15.50 - 15.75
TasteLovely body. Attractive round tannins and will of course be much better but is drinkable already today. Balanced and very elegant with lots of dark berries, herbs, cacao and chocolate. A rather complex, quite long and quite long finish. Will be interesting to follow.Average score15.63
