Early last century, the great-grandfather of the present owner César Augusto Correia de Sequeira acquired the Quinta de Marrocos. Qúinta de Marrocos was a former Convent of Franciscan Friars. In 1979 César Sequeira become the owner of the quinta. In the 90's the family rebuilt the house of Marrocos and began the agro-tourism activity. At the quinta, red and white wine is made in addion to tawny an ruby port. In the year of 2000 they made their first vintage port.

Taste | Medium body. Lots of round and elegant tannins and will be much better. Balanced and lots of taste, dominated of dark berries such as mulberry, black berry and blue berry. Balanced and elegant. Very easy to drink and enjoy and with a quite elegant and tannic finish. | ||
